Phoebe’s gameplay mechanism resembles a painting of intertwined light and shadow. She possesses two states: Absolution and Confession. In Absolution, she shines like the first light of dawn, directly targeting the enemy’s vulnerabilities. In Confession, she embodies the tranquil moonlight, applying a diffraction weakness effect to enemies. This effect can stack, with each layer persisting for a duration and periodically reducing the target’s strength by 1 layer, dealing diffraction damage. As the number of stacks increases, the damage becomes more pronounced, much like layered musical notes forming a complete melody.
Phoebe can serve as either the main or sub-DPS. Like a conductor, she adapts to the battlefield by switching states. In Absolution, she can unleash intense attacks leveraging her own or her teammates’ diffraction weakness effects. In Confession, she operates from the sidelines, efficiently applying diffraction weakness effects through her variation skills, much like a behind-the-scenes director orchestrating the battle’s rhythm.
In terms of skill priority, the resonance circuit is most crucial, followed by resonance release, resonance skills, basic attacks, and variation skills. These skills, like different musical phrases in a composition, require strategic combination to create the most captivating melody.

Jade Veil: Like delicate gossamer, it boosts basic attack damage by 12% when resonance skills are cast, stackable up to 3 layers for 6 seconds. When an encore skill is cast with 3 layers, all layers are removed, and basic attack damage is boosted by 52% for 27 seconds.

Ripples on the Water: Like ripples on the surface, it increases basic attack damage by 3.2%, stackable up to 5 layers for 8 seconds, triggering once every 0.5 seconds.

Clear Tone: Like the sound of a bell, it increases attack by 48% for 15 seconds when resonance release is activated.

For resonance gear, the Eternal Light Set is Phoebe’s optimal choice. Like eternal radiance, it increases diffraction damage by 10%. When the player applies light noise effects to enemies, their critical hit rate increases by 20% for 15 seconds. When attacking enemies with 10 layers of light noise effects, diffraction damage increases by 15% for 15 seconds. The main resonance gear is Phantasm.
